We study the market before we build the marketing.
From conducting Wagamama’s India market-entry research with its international team to developing whitepaper research and marketing insights for SupplyCopia in healthcare, our work combines category mapping, competitor intelligence, audience behaviour, digital presence, social media benchmarking, brand positioning and share-of-voice analysis.
Across every brand we work with, we assess what competitors are communicating, where they are investing, how audiences are responding, which channels are driving visibility and where the whitespace lies, turning market intelligence into actionable marketing strategy.
Conducted an in-depth Mumbai market and consumer study for Wagamama in collaboration with its international UK team, supporting the brand’s India market-entry strategy. The work covered consumer demographics and dining behaviour, category and competitor mapping, market opportunity, pricing and positioning, digital and social media benchmarking, location dynamics, audience profiling and whitespace analysis. The research helped translate Wagamama’s established international proposition into a relevant India strategy while retaining the brand’s core identity.
Worked extensively with SupplyCopia, a U.S.-based healthcare supply chain technology company, on market research, industry research and B2B thought-leadership marketing. The objective was to translate complex healthcare and supply-chain intelligence into credible content that could engage hospital leaders, healthcare decision-makers and industry stakeholders. SupplyCopia positions its research and whitepapers as industry insight for healthcare organisations and supply-chain leaders.
